This programme builds innovation leaders who can generate, develop, and commercialise new ideas within any organisational context. Learners explore design thinking, lean startup methodologies, business model innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship, gaining practical tools to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and scale innovations. The programme is deeply experiential, with real innovation projects, mentoring from entrepreneurs, and exposure to GBSB Global's G-Accelerator ecosystem.
